Hi, I'm Shelley!








I help women feel fitter, healthier and happier by understanding the physiological and psychological challenges they face on a daily basis when it comes to improving body composition. I provide women with a sustainable and realistic approach to body fat reduction and body fat maintenance so they can live a healthy and happy life. 


I have spent the last 15 years working in the health and fitness industry, as a gym instructor, personal trainer, health consultant and online coach. I am based in London, but my job has given me some amazing opportunities to work with women across the globe. Although my clients have different lifestyles they generally all have the same goals in common, which are too feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier whilst reducing excess body fat and then maintaining their ideal body composition without following unrealistic and restrictive dieting and / or training programs. My current clientele include women from all walks of life as well as actresses and television personalities. Now, I don't say this to fan the flames of my own (sh)ego - I say that to reassure you whilst you're currently swimming around the sea of a largely unregulated and unreliable industry you're in safe, trustworthy and experienced hands here. 

I have an unrivalled passion for helping women live healthier and happier lives and my long term plan is to help as many women as possible achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals as well as creating a community of like minded women along the way. Whilst simultaneously clearing up the confusion and misinformation in the health and fitness industry.

You may be wondering why am I so passionate about making a difference to women's lives and making the health & fitness industry a better place - well, I spent a lot of my young adult life jumping from one fad diet to the next & jumping from one useless training program to the next - so I’ve been where you are, not knowing who to trust, not knowing where to turn too, and I know how frustrating all that can be. So I decided early on in my career to dedicate my life's work to soaking up as much information along the way as I could then eventually giving women a company that they could turn to in order to achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals in a long term sustainable manner void of industry nonsense advise.

Now you've met me lets talk a little bit about who you likely are. So, I'm guessing you’ve ended up here mainly because you want some direction, focus and guidance with your training and nutrition programming. You’ve likely also ended up here because you have tried to reduce your body fat / improve your body composition in the past - either by following a certain type of diet(s) or training program(s), or by taking fat loss supplements or by using fat loss gimmicks (or a combination of all 4) and it has proved unsuccessful. Chances are this isn’t your first attempt at improving your health, fitness and / or body composition either, nor is it likely your 2nd, 3rd, or even 15th. You are now probably at a point in your life where you are feeling really frustrated, feeling tired and lethargic all the time, feeling the years passing and feeling like you are wasting them in a body you don't feel comfortable or happy in and now you just want to make a change once and for all. 


So with all that being said, the good news is if you’ve arrived here wanting a long term sustainable body fat reduction & maintenance solution and you want to live a healthier and happier life - then you’ve most definitely come to the right place. However the bad news is, if you have come here looking for another quick fix solution then i’m sorry too say but you’ve definitely ended up in the wrong place.
