THE COACHING PROGRAM

The FITTHER™ program is an online coaching program meaning you can be anywhere in the world and achieve your health, fitness, wellbeing and body composition goals with a qualified & experienced coach (me) by your side. I would like you to think of individualised one to one coaching with me the same way you would a sat nav to your car journey. I’m the sat nav - you are the driver - my aim is to get you from A to B with little to no stress and or interruptions, in the most efficient and effective way possible. You sit back and enjoy a smooth ride to your goal destination, you let me take care of all the planning for you. 

 

FittHer™Online coaching is a bespoke body & mind transformation program that has been specifically designed for women. The methods I use to move my clients towards their health, fitness and wellbeing goals have been tried, tested and refined over the years and have been proven to get long-term sustainable results. 

My overall aim is to provide you with a sustainable and realistic approach to body fat reduction and body fat maintenance so you live a long, healthy and happy life. I am fully dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. I believe in a no nonsense evidence based approach, with a bit of humour and common sense thrown in the proverbial blender for good measure. During our time together I aim to turn you into your own coach by equipping you with the necessary knowledge on nutrition, correct exercise techniques and how to live a healthier lifestyle.  

THE COACHING PROCESS

STEP 1

APPLICATION FORM

Firstly, start by filling out the coaching application form (link below). Once I receive your form and look over your answers i'll get back to you and we will schedule in a transformation call at a time that's convenient for you.

STEP 2

TRANSFORMATION CALL

We will then do a 30 - 45 minute transformation call together. During this consultation call we will expand on the question in the application form and dive deeper into your heath & fitness goals, lifestyle & nutritional habits and your exercise & medical history. During this call I will assess whether or not we are going to be a good fit for working together.

STEP 3

PROGRAM SET UP

Following your transformation call, I then get to work creating a bespoke training and nutrition plan for you that will fit comfortably into your lifestyle, to ultimately ensure you are able to achieve and progress towards your goals in an efficient, effective and enjoyable manner. I will send you your program within 2 - 3 working days. Your training program will be delivered via my exclusive online coaching app - all the exercises will have visual demonstrations and instructional coaching tips - so you will feel confident in the gym or at home when performing the exercises. Your nutrition and training program will be specifically designed for you - taking into account your likes, dislikes, nutrition and training history, etc.

STEP 4

COACHING PROGRAM

When you're all set up and storming full steam ahead towards your goals we will do a weekly check in, so you stay accountable to me as well as yourself, to ensure you are staying on track with your goals week in week out. I will provide you with continued bespoke nutritional coaching and education whilst we will look to improve and refine your nutritional habits and behaviours over time. We will do regular program updates to ensure you are progressing and getting fitter, stronger and healthier. Whilst we are working together you will have access to me 24/7 via email and the in app messaging service.​ Lastly, we will work together until you decide you no longer need my help and guidance. We will then say our fond farewells and you will live happily (and healthily) ever after.
